Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This site is operated by Vamodata Ltd, also known as VAMO ("VAMO," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Who we are

Vamodata Ltd is a growth advisory founded by Yoav Pipkevitch and Moshe Romano. For the purposes of data protection law, Vamodata Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. The data we collect

We keep this narrow. We don't run user accounts, checkouts, or forms on this site, so we don't collect identity, financial, or transaction data. What we do collect, automatically, through our analytics provider, falls into these categories:

We do not collect any special category data (health, religion, political views, and similar), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How your data is collected

All of the data above is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse this site, via our analytics provider, PostHog. We do not collect data from you directly (for example, through a form or account signup), and we do not purchase or receive data about you from any other third party.

Where relevant under applicable law, our processing of your data rests on one of these grounds:

We don't rely on "performance of a contract" as a basis, since visiting this site doesn't involve a contract between you and us.

5. How we use your data

We use this data to understand how our materials are read, which parts of the site people engage with, and whether specific people we've reached out to have viewed what we sent them. We don't use it to build advertising profiles, and we don't use it to make any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies and browser storage set by our analytics provider, PostHog, to recognize repeat visits and group activity into a session. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how we understand your visit, but will not affect your ability to read this site.

7. Who we share it with

We use two processors to run this site and its analytics, and we don't share your data with anyone beyond them:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We would only disclose data beyond these processors if required by law, such as in response to a valid court order or legal process.

8. International transfers

Our analytics processor is based in the European Union. Where any data is transferred outside your home country, our processors maintain appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it in transit and at rest.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold, including relying on infrastructure providers who maintain their own security and encryption standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect and who can access it accordingly.

10. How long we keep it

We retain data for as long as it serves our legitimate interest in understanding engagement with this site, and no longer, and we periodically review and remove data we no longer need.

11. Third-party links

This site may link out to other websites. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate, and we'd encourage you to review their policies separately.

12. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about your visits, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we're using it. Since this site doesn't have accounts or logins, we can't necessarily tell who a given visit belongs to on our own, so acting on a request depends on what you can tell us to help identify it: for example, the approximate date and time of your visit, the link or campaign you followed, or any identifier that link may have carried.

To make a request, email us, there's no automated process to navigate, a real person will handle it:

We'll respond within one month.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it is, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
